ADA accommodations needed?

Assignments & Permits: Sites are designated by the Camping Committee. Upon arrival, you will receive your lot location, camping permit (which must be displayed in the window), and parking permit.*

Site Boundaries: All units must stay within their designated lot. To ensure safety and accessibility, a clear 4-foot unobstructed path must be maintained around the entire camping unit.*

Parking & Fire Lanes: Park only in your assigned site. Driveways and designated fire lanes must remain clear at all times for emergency access.*

Compliance: Unauthorized units or those parked in incorrect lots will be removed at the owner's expense.*

Parental Supervision: A parent or guardian must be present at each campsite every night. Youth exhibitors are strictly prohibited from camping without an adult. Guardians are responsible for ensuring all site occupants follow the rules.*

Curfew: Campground curfew is 12:00 a.m. (Midnight). After this time, all exhibitors and families must remain in their camping area. Individuals found outside the campground after curfew may be asked to leave the fairgrounds.*

Prohibited Items & Activities: For the safety of all guests, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs.

• Generators.

• Water fights.

• Off-road vehicles (golf carts, ATVs, etc.) without prior Fair Board permission.

Community Fire Pits: Fires are allowed only in the three designated community fire pits (two in West, one in South) from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. under the supervision of the Campfire Manager.*

Individual Fire Ban: No fires are permitted at individual or group sites—no exceptions. Cooking grills (gas/charcoal) are for cooking only and may not be used as campfires.*

Fire Safety: Only adults may start or add wood to fires. Flammable liquids are prohibited. The Fair Board reserves the right to cancel all fires if fire risk is high.*

Pet Policy: Dogs must be leashed at all times and are not allowed inside any buildings. Owners must provide proof of immunization upon request and are responsible for immediate cleanup. Aggressive or loud dogs will be removed.*

Site Maintenance: Keep sites clean and dispose of trash in designated fairground dumpsters. Do not place trash in manure dumpsters or bunkers.*

Noise: Please be respectful of your neighbors; loud music or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.*

The Muskegon County Fair is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property or vehicles within the campground.*
